Interim Labor Compliance Administrator (Project)

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for an Interim Labor Compliance Administrator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll reports
  • Review subcontractors’ certified payroll reports
  • Help submit labor compliance documents
  • Help inform subcontractors/vendors of labor compliance requirements
  • Help research and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare, collect and submit required forms
  • Help with project requirements, payment holds and labor compliance discrepancies
  • Help review and approve subcontractors/vendors for payment

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills, LCP Tracker, OCPS and DIR eCPR experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
