Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Valuation Consultant to join their team in Los Angeles County
Job Description:
- Help perform valuation of portfolio assets
- Perform market area analysis
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Ensure valuations are consistent with legal/regulatory requirements
- Help update financial reporting and holdings
- Assist with special projects as requested
Requirements:
- Big 4 experience a plus
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Argus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Detail-oriented
- A team player
- Strong work ethic
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
