Interim AP/AR Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim AP/AR Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Review and process invoices
  • Manage deposits and check runs
  • Process payments, refunds and other credits
  • Help with the closing process
  • Prepare statements and reports
  • Help maintain documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
