Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in San Francisco

 

Job Description:

  • Manage bookkeeping
  • Help enter contracts
  • Prepare AP aging and payment reports
  • Manage monthly project information
  • Help ensure cost coding
  • Assist with loan draws and invoice tracking
  • Help with schedule of values and lienwaiver releases
  • Manage document history

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills, Yardi and Lienwaivers software experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
