Interim Billing Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Prepare and sort documents substantiating business transactions
  • Verify information on move rate sheet against contract terms in order to generate invoice
  • Answer questions and resolves any issues concerning data
  • Input invoices to customer systems.
  • Help reconcile customer PO’s to invoices billed



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
