Compensation Analyst

Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team in Ventura County

 

Job Description:

  • Perform day-to-day activities
  • Manage employee and job data
  • Perform job evaluations
  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions
  • Develop, document and update compensation policies and business processes
  • Assist in supporting department initiatives
  • Prepare and manage data reporting, internal and external
  • Assist in program design
  • Assist in grade structure updates
  • Prepare and issue documents

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
