Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Vice President of Operations to join their team in the San Fernando Valley


Job Description:

  • Design and implement business operations
  • Oversee operations of the company and the work of executives
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives
  • Manage employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Communicate to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Oversee the expansion activities
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors



  • Experience in the financial services, real estate or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
