Human Resources Generalist

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team in San Francisco

 

Job Description:

  • Help process benefit enrollment and benefit election changes
  • Prepare and review of company benefits and other offerings
  • Help set up and maintain payroll master file and personnel file for all new hires
  • Oversee and assist with onboarding and new hire process and termination process
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, satisfaction survey and exit interviews
  • Manage promotion, probation and termination and other employee status changes
  • Manage employee vacation time and paid time off

 

Requirements:

  • Masters in Human Resources or related
  • SPHR or PHR license designation
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational behavior or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
