Leasing Administrator

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Leasing Administrator to join their team in Contra Costa County

 

Job Description:

  • Help draw up leases from term sheets and residential leases
  • Responsible for creating exhibits
  • Responsible for entering leases
  • Oversee lease expirations
  • Responsible for sending out letters of intent and/or renewal offers
  • Process applications and run credit/background checks
  • Responsible for market vacancies

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
