Interim Recruiting Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Contra Costa County

 

Job Description:

  • Monitor requisitions and approval process
  • Post requisitions
  • Develop pre-employment documentation
  • Provide follow-up candidate status
  • Initiate background screening process
  • Prepare and issue employment offer letters
  • Perform HR record keeping
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment process
  • Perform filing of associate documentation
  • Assist with ATS systems implementation

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
