Interim Payroll Administrator (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator to join their team in the Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Process semi-monthly payroll for designated facilities; processes manual checks
  • Perform audit payroll information
  • Assist HR on a variety of employee actions, making adjustments/changes on an ongoing basis
  • File and organize payroll records and reports
  • Help process and maintain Wage Garnishments, Verifications of Employment and compliance
  • Help process employee edits with approved paperwork

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ADP skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
