Interim Contract Administrator (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Contract Administrator to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Responsible for the contract process
  • Assist contract points and negotiation
  • Responsible for investigating and resolving disputes/complaints
  • Report and oversee contract performance to stakeholders
  • Maintain contract, amendment and boiler-plate clause templates
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes and procedures



  • Experience in the development, construction, real estate or related industries preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and DocuSign, Adobe
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
