Interim Contract Administrator (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim Contract Administrator to join their team in Orange County.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for contract processing
  • Manage negotiations
  • Help resolve disputes and complaints
  • Maintain contract database and templates
  • Oversee contract performance
  • Oversee vendor obligations
  • Develop and document administration practices/procedures



  • Experience in the real estate or related industries preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
