Interim Billing Specialist (Project)

Our client in the nonprofit industry is looking for an Interim Billing Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and review contracts invoicing and reporting
  • Create, document, and disseminate invoices
  • Scanning invoices and collections documents
  • Perform research and reconcile account discrepancies
  • Contacting clients who are behind on payments
  • Resolve billing and reporting issues

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
