Job Description:

  • Process invoices
  • Help reconcile vendor feeds with purchasing records
  • Help issue vendor payments
  • Perform vendor reconciliations
  • Assist with questions and past due invoices
  • Assist with training
  • Assist Payable Clerks
  • Process corporate invoices
  • Manage and record journals



  • Experience in the retail or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
