Interim Finance and Payroll (Project)

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Finance and Payroll to join their team in Alameda County

 

Job Description:

  • Help resolve “9999” errors and document process
  • Finalize intercompany entries and monitor after implementation
  • Resolve bank reconciliation entries from GL and current payroll process
  • Address account questions/concerns/requests for analysis
  • Help respond to any requests from budgeting, finance, accounting
  • Assist Payroll Director for any requests
  • Document ADP General Ledger setup
  • Assist and train to payroll team
  • Train staff on tool and troubleshooting issues

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
