Interim Bookkeeper (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Interim Bookkeeper to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist project manager with contractors, scheduling & follow up
  • Help mail Invoices
  • Make collection calls
  • Post Payments In QuickBooks
  • Prepare Daily bank deposits for all checks received
  • Prepare vendor checks for payment
  • Prepare weekly report
  • Prepare construction budgets and forecasts

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
