Interim Investment Accounting Analyst (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Investment Accounting Analyst to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Perform reconciliations and analyze discrepancies
  • Researching investments and vendor expenses
  • Process journal entries
  • Assist with budgets, schedules, and investment statements
  • Review general ledger accounts
  • Manage communication with investment partnerships and providers
  • Reconcile and balance subsidiary ledgers
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
