Billing Coordinator

Our client in the legal services industry is looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Compile and bill attorney hours to clients each month
  • Review, process and upload pre-bills
  • Perform full billing cycle functions
  • Research and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with analyses
  • Manage billing sub-ledger spreadsheets
  • Review and suggest improvements to policies

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills, Aderant and DMS experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
