Equity Plan Administrator

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Equity Plan Administrator to join their team in Santa Barbara County

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities in administering our global equity program
  • Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the equity award system
  • Assist efforts to streamline and automate stock administration process
  • Assist legal counsel to identify reporting requirements
  • Manage relationships with third party equity software provider
  • Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain and reconcile the capitalization table monthly
  • Maintain supporting documents for internal controls
  • Prepare information for financial reporting disclosures and annual proxy
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual activity reconciliations

 

Requirements:

  • CEP certification a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
