Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Process weekly Check runs
  • Reconcile petty cash
  • Assist with RMA processing
  • Process payables for inventory
  • Review inventory receipts
  • Perform 3 way matching of payables
  • Review pricing and purchase orders

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the manufacturing, inventory or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and NetSuite skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
