Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Accountant to join their team in Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Manage employee expense reports and corporate credit card charges
  • Help set up wire transfers
  • Manage electronic files
  • Assist year end 1099 reporting
  • Manage invoices and payments
  • Prepare ad hoc invoicing
  • Manage and record daily cash balances
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Set up inter-bank transfers
  • Assist GL accounts
  • Manage journal entries



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail and deadline-oriented



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
