Accounting Manager

Our client in the services industry is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Responsible for financial statements, G/L and fixed assets
  • Resolve discrepancies
  • Verify transaction information
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Perform payroll and expense accruals
  • Assist with the monthly/annual accounting cycles
  • Assist with creating forecasts and budgets
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information and trends



  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
