Accounting Specialist

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Accounting Specialist to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Prepare weekly check runs,
  • Assist with internal accounts payable team and monitor budget vs. actuals
  • Help gather documents to present a vendor signed contract for internal approval
  • Prepare DocuSign packages for internal contract execution
  • Administer the signed contracts


  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
