Accounts Payable Manager

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Manage activities and operations for AP
  • Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
  • Review invoices, expense reports and credit card statements
  • Prepare payments and request disbursements
  • Ensure payments of vendor invoices and credit card statements
  • Prepare AP related reports
  • Reconcile vendor statements to AP sub-ledger
  • Review billings



  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
