AP Manager

Our client in the technology industry is looking for an AP Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee AP functions
  • Oversee invoice capture, approvals, and payments
  • Manage T&E function
  • Manage PO process
  • Manage and support corporate card administration
  • Assist with annual financial audit
  • Develop internal controls in accordance with SOX
  • Perform Ad hoc financial analysis

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience
