Asset Manager

Our client in the nonprofit industry is looking for an Asset Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with the implementation of annual rental increases
  • Prepare reports to auditing agencies
  • Help maintain files and internal spreadsheets for asset management department
  • Assist in preparations of subsidy applications and other property requirements
  • Assist in preparation of financial review either by submitting financial statements
  • Assist with oversight of subsidy programs attached to the properties
  • Perform reviews of resident files on a quarterly basis
  • Prepare, review and approve annual financial audits

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
