Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team in Los Angeles County.


Job Description:

  • Prepare bank and GL reconciliations
  • Assist with cost allocating
  • Review expense reports and credit card statements
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Deposit checks and record transfers
  • Help track employee benefits
  • Assist with year end 1099s



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
