Bookkeeper

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Record financial transactions
  • Reconcile taxes and bank accounts
  • Monitor financial transactions and reports
  • Process AR and AP
  • Help process checks
  • Produce statements

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
