Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley


Job Description:

  • Help reconcile electronic vendor input
  • Process invoices
  • Perform vendor feed reconciliations with purchasing records
  • Help issue payments
  • Assist with questions and past due invoices
  • Prepare journal entries for GL and correct discrepancies



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
