Business Analyst

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in the San Fernando Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other solutions
  • Evaluate and utilize appropriate tool available in the toolkit to automate report
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain data models
  • Document and streamline current and future processes
  • Identify opportunities for improved utilization of existing business applications and processes
  • Perform and coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing and beta testing
  • Design, build and deploy solutions
  • Train staff to build and deploy solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial services, real estate or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, statistics, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
