Chief Financial Officer

Our client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Riverside County


Job Description:

  • Develop annual operating budget
  • Assist external auditors to prepare and review audit schedules and audit findings
  • Develop, manage and facilitate organizational plans, policies and procedures and strategic plans to support the organizations business goals
  • Perform month-end, quarterly, year-end close process
  • Prepare, review, understand, analyze and execute details of contracts
  • Assist CEO there is an open line of communication and positive interaction
  • Oversee the control of project budgets.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and forecast
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and integrity regarding financial information



  • Master s degree a plus
  • CPA license
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
