Chief Financial Officer

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in San Diego County


Job Description:

  • Assist President/CEO on the strategic plan, the fostering and cultivating of banking relationships
  • Assist with an annual operating and capital budget
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization
  • Oversee the Information Technology function
  • Oversee the Facilities function, of all organizational properties
  • Oversee the coordination with and activities of Board-appointed independent auditors, and the preparation of the annual audited financial statements
  • Assist Human Resources Director in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff


  • MBA
  • CPA license
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
