Contract Administrator

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Obtain vendor and internal approval of the agreements
  • Maintain central repository of all existing agreements
  • Maintain database of vendor insurance compliance
  • Maintain contract templates
  • Help formulate and document contract administration practices and office procedures


  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
