Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for a Controller to join their team in the San Fernando Valley


Job Description:

  • Lead activities for GL, AP, AR
  • Assist with loan accounting, revenue, PPE, and payroll
  • Oversee month-end close
  • Manage federal, state and local tax compliance
  • Review detailed pricing models
  • Assist with operating plans and quarterly forecasts
  • Manage annual audit activities
  • Assist with administration of policies and procedures



  • CPA and / or Masters degree a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong ERP Systems knowledge
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
