Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Controller to join their team in Orange County.


Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain internal controls
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of best practices
  • Liaison with external auditors, tax and investment advisors
  • Prepare annual and quarterly budget
  • Manage cash operations
  • Prepare and review financial statement
  • Assist with investment reporting and performance analysis



  • CPA license
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience
