Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Controller to join their team in the San Fernando Valley


Job Description:

  • Prepare, recommend and implement new or modified accounting systems and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements
  • Develop equipment leases and equipment service agreements
  • Manage equipment log
  • Prepare reports and analysis
  • Assist all departments on financial and statistical reports
  • Oversee and manage cash, addresses cash flow issues and investments



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
