Our client in the service comapny industry is looking for a Controller to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.


Job Description:

  • Manage billing, AP/AR and GL
  • Manage cost accounting, profitability and revenue recognition
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Prepare financial decks and reporting meetings
  • Assist with sales reporting, forecasting and commission tracking
  • Prepare regulatory reporting
  • Assist with month/year-end close process
  • Assist with budgets and cash flow
  • Oversee financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes and policies



  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Workamajig experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
