Credit and Collections Analyst

Our client in the technology industry is looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst to join their team in Santa Clara County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare credit reports
  • Assist in preparing lien documents/filings
  • Verify and resolve account discrepancies
  • Research/apply all unapplied cash transactions
  • Issue invoice corrections
  • Process manual credit card payments
  • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
  • Help reduce outstanding balance delinquency
  • Perform other assigned duties

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
