Finance & Logistics Manager

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a Finance & Logistics Managerto join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage duties, workload, of the outsourced Concession customer support team
  • Manage and monitor stock movements of the region
  • Assist with any manual entry work, working towards supply chain automation
  • Maintain a robust and functional delivery cost matrix for the region
  • Help identify any anomalies of the ordering tracker
  • Responsible for month end closing
  • Assist in developing and executing accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist in Group annual audit and tax preparation
  • Assist in sales tax registration for opening of any new gallery

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, management accounting or related field and a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
