Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Financial Operations Accounting to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Upload operator financial statements
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reconcile data
  • Help track receipt of financials from operators and reconciliation to reporting system
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly metrics
  • Perform flux analyses on operator financials and metrics
  • Prepare monthly reporting package



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

  • Strong work ethic


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
