Financial Reporting Advisor

Our client in the energy industry is looking for a Financial Reporting Advisor to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports filed with the SEC
  • Assist in the analysis of financial information
  • Oversee monthly management reporting packages
  • Prepare external financial reports
  • Prepare benefit plan filings
  • Help identify potential improvements
  • Implement changes and consult with senior management on business issues

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree a plus
  • CPA license
  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
