Financial Reporting Analyst

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly management packages
  • Manage reports
  • Assist with external bank reporting
  • Obtain trial balances
  • Manage and track GL accounts
  • Assist with managing reporting files
  • Assist with reporting projects
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and ERP systems experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
