Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in Los Angeles


Job Description:

  • Oversee full cycle accounting duties
  • Help code and enter vendor expense invoices
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Process accounts receivable
  • Help invoice clients and customers
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Manage general ledger
  • Process employee time sheets and payroll
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns



  • Certified Bookkeeper designation a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
