Human Resource Manager

Our client in the transportation industry is looking for an Human Resource Manager to join their team in Santa Clara County

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with recruitment initiatives and participate in recruiting and onboarding efforts
  • Oversee pre-employment procedures
  • Help review Company website and applicant tracking system
  • Develop and deliver training to managers and team members on a variety of management
  • Lead the performance management process for management team and team members
  • Help drive Human Resource compliance by ensuring standardized
  • Assist in promptly addressing employment-related complaints
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality, retail or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
