Human Resources Manager

Our client in the technology industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Process payroll and benefits
  • Manage workers’ compensation, ADA/LOA compliance process and accommodation requests
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process
  • Ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding experience
  • Develop, implement and socialize HR policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree a plus
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other HR-specific certification preferred
  • Experience in engineering, industrial or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field and a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience
