Interim A/R Coordinator (Project)

Our client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for an Interim A/R Coordinator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining accounts receivable records
  • Manage and coordinate customer accounts
  • Help identify delinquent customer accounts from close analysis of the system reports
  • Help reconcile accounts and maintain detailed backup for open item
  • Assist customer service and sales teams to research and resolve payment deductions
  • Perform calls and/or sending correspondence to customers
  • Prepare collection and follow up calls and maintains the system log and documents

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
