Interim Accounting Clerk II – Accounts Payable (Project)

Our client in the non-profit industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Clerk II – Accounts Payable to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Perform bookkeeping services with an emphasis on A/P
  • Assist with maintaining A/P vendor files
  • Prepare GL
  • Prepare A/P Invoices
  • Prepare checks
  • Manage A/P aging reports monthly
  • Assist with monthly and year end closings
  • Perform journal entries
  • Assist with audit preparation

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
