Interim Accounting Clerk (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing / distribution industry is looking for an Interim Accounting Clerk to join their team in Los Angeles.


Job Description:

  • Code invoices and credit card expenses
  • Issue credit card expense reports for approval prior to month end close
  • Enter all non-inventory purchase order invoices
  • Submit items from payment schedules for approval
  • Weekly Deposit Payment Maintenance



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
