Interim Accounts Payable Clerk (Project)

Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee invoices
  • Process remittance information from checks
  • Prepare transfers for invoices provided by vendors
  • Process check requests
  • Maintain vendor relationship
  • Oversee internal and external inquiries concerning account status
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Perform account reconciliation

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
